Playback singer turned actress Vasundra Das had acted only in couple of Tamil movies, but had created a great place for her in Kodambakkam. Her debut film Citizen in which she starred opposite Ajith Kumar was very well received and apparently Hey Ram with Kamal Haasan is one of her best showpieces.
The actress has now married her long time friend Robert Narain. It is worth mentioning that both of them have been friends for a very long time and later expressed their interest to marry each other. Vasundra Das and Robert Narain entered wedlock in Mangalore, where the wedding ceremony was held at a private beach house attended by the family members, relatives and close friends.
Soon after the marriage, both Vasundra Das and Robert Narain distributed free cloths and food to the poor and unprivileged children.
