Radhika Sarath Kumar has walked to actor's association blamming Vishal that he has indulged in cheque fraud to a tune of about Rs 9 crores!!!
Vedi is the movie directed by Prabhu Deva, acted by Vishal and produced by Vishal's brother Vikram Krishna.
Distribution rights were bought by Raadan, a business group belonging to Radhika. The rights were said to be sold for Rs 12 crores. As the business is done only for Rs 3 crores by sales of rights to satellite channels, the remaining Rs 9 crores has to be paid back by Vishal, as he has signed the contract and given a cheque as guarentee for the same.
Radhika has tried to recover the money from Vishal by presenting his cheque in the bank, but the cheque has got bounced back.
Though Radhika repeatedly tried contacting Vishal to recover the money, it is said in the complaint that Vishal simply kept avoiding Radhika and her phone calls
With no other option, she has now sought the help of Actor's association. Soon the association is expected to discuss the same with Vishal.
